Leadership Team

The PSR Management team is an unique blend of industry veterans working together in the best interest of the owner. With over 60 years combined experience, the PSR Partners offer clients not just experience but integrity, teamwork and accountability.

 

Peter Schadek, Principal

Peter is co-founder of PSR and offers over 22 years experience in design and retail construction, including, ground-up construction of major grocery and retail stores, grocery remodels and industrial refrigeation in the 08 Western States. Prior to PSR Peter held Senior positions in construction and project management at leading firms including Capitol Refrigeration, Kysor/Warren, Grocery Outlet, R 3 Builders, Hussmann Refrigeration and WR Layne Construction and Engineering. With over 1000 projects completed with various stringent timelines and requirements Peter has the knowhow to successfully complete any type of project. Peter works directly with our Clients on Design Build Projects and PSR management teams to ensure projects are designed, constructed and completed to our client's satisfaction.

Steve Bossert, Principal

Steve brings over 25 years of construction experience into the formation of PSR. As co-founder of PSR, he effectively utilizes the resources of his two other sub-constructions companies to work with PSR to ultimately provide our clients the most competitive solutions. With well over 1000 projects completed successfully Steve has the knowledge to strategically and efficiently attack any project in the Commercial or industrial field. Steve works directly with customers, clients and our construction management team to ensure the projects are completed on schedule and to our clients satisfaction.

Ron Bossert, Principal

Ron is co-founder of PSR and has over 21 years industry experience, holding licenses in western states. As owner of two other construction companies that work along with PSR he has provided and excellent source for PSR to provide cost effective solutions in the competitive field. He oversees all company operations and works directly with clients and management teams to ensure the best possible practices are applied to each individual project.

Mike Mestez, Sr. Construction Manager

Mike is the PSR Senior Construction Manager, offering over 22 years of construction experience. Mike has successfully managed over a thousand projects in underground, ground-up and commercial remodel construction. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Chico State University.

MaryBeth Powers, Operations Manager

MaryBeth manages the back end operations for PSR, with leadership roles in Project Administration, Human Resources and Accounting. Mary Beth received her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.

Don DeBaumont, Project Manager

Don has over 20 years experience in commercial and residential construction and complex project management. Formerly the owner of a construction firm, Don’s strong people skills, trade expertise and extensive knowledge of rough framing and carpentry ensure fast, efficient project execution.

Dean Stewart, Sr. Maintenance Manager

Dean directs all of PSR’s maintenance dispatch for the Northern and Southern California regions. His 16 years of experience in retail maintenance operations ensures our teams are fast, thorough, and minimally disruptive to client stores and operations.
