Trader Joe’s, Palo Alto, CA

PSR has partnered with TJ’s on over 40 Trader Joe's projects.  The Palo Alto store included $5M in site development and ground-up construction, a 13,000sqftf clear story building and a 60,000sqft parking area with underground utility supply. We worked with city officials on the rainwater control plan, floodwater reservoirs, filtera requirements, bike control paths, traffic control lights and other safety considerations. The construction is a hybrid of structural steel and wood, and PSR also coordinated a joint relationship between the tenant and property owners.
