Trader Joe’s, San Jose, CA

Another PSR effort requiring day and night, 24/7 shift-work, this 12,000 sqft grocery remodel required extensive phasing.  As an expansion remodel the store stayed open while we remodeled first one side, then the other before successfully tying them together at completion. The work included extensive refrigeration accommodations, underground floor sinks and an electrical upgrade to 1,200 amp.
